Blow your first piece of glass

No experience needed. You work at the furnace with an instructor at your side and take your piece home after it cools.

How it feels

Hot, loud and surprisingly calm

Most people expect chaos. What they find is a slow rhythm: gather, turn, blow, reheat. Your instructor handles anything dangerous; you shape and breathe.

Safety glasses, aprons and cotton gloves are provided.

What to wear

Cotton clothes and closed shoes. No synthetic fabrics near the furnace.

Age

From 14 years old; under-18s with a parent present.

Collecting

Pieces cool overnight; collect or have them shipped for ₪45.
