01Who we are

Carmel Glass Studio (“we”, “us”) operates from HaNamal St 33, Downtown Haifa, Israel. Questions about privacy can be sent to studio@carmelglass.pro or by phone on +972 4 862 5194.

02What we collect

• Details you enter in the contact form: name, email, phone, topic, preferred date, number of people and your message.
• For bookings and purchases: payment confirmation and, where needed, a delivery address.
• Technical data your browser sends automatically, such as IP address, browser type and pages viewed.
• Your cookie preference, stored in your own browser.

03Why we use it

We use these details to reply, confirm workshop bookings, prepare commissions and deliver orders. We do not sell personal information and do not use it for third-party advertising.

04Legal basis

We handle personal information in line with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, and the Privacy Protection (Data Security) Regulations, 5777-2017. Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation applies to you, we rely on your consent, on steps you ask us to take before a contract, or on our legitimate interest in running the website securely.

05Cookies

Essential cookies and local storage remember your cookie choice and keep forms working. Optional analytics cookies are set only after you click “Accept”. You can reopen the banner at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer and change your choice.

06Third-party content

Pages embed a Google Map and load fonts from Google Fonts. When these load, Google receives your IP address and browser information under its own privacy policy. We do not control that processing.

07How long we keep data

Enquiries are deleted after 12 months. Booking and sales records are kept for 7 years as required by Israeli tax law.

08Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us operate (for example email hosting or accounting), under written confidentiality obligations, or where Israeli law requires disclosure.

09Photos in the studio

We sometimes photograph workshops for our own social channels. We always ask first, and you can decline without any effect on your session.

10Your rights

You may ask to review the information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted where we are not required to keep it. Write to studio@carmelglass.pro; we answer within 30 days.

11Security

Forms are sent over an encrypted connection. Access to enquiries is limited to staff who need it to reply.

12Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services change. The date at the top of the page always shows the current version.
